Southerland to Oversee Skanska's Philly Office

Phil Southerland has replaced Ed Jordan as general manager of Skanska USA Building's Blue Bell office.

J. Philip Southerlandis taking over operations atSkanska USA Building's Blue Bell, Pa., office. The company recently announced that Southerland had been promoted to general manager. Southerland, who previously served as executive vice president, is responsible for all corporate operations, including management control systems, estimating, field activities, and project management. Southerland replaces Ed Jordan, who stepped down after 32 years with the company. In other personnel moves, the company hiredMark Borodynkoas a senior project manager. He most recently worked for Fluor as a principal project controls specialist.
