projects have taken off in the region, few developers have

Va.-based KSI Services. The company began a flurry of new
condominium activity in 2004 that has established it as one
of the nation's top 15 developers of multifamily projects.

and new markets.
Every cloud has a silver lining, and for KSI Services
Inc., Mid-Atlantic Construction's 2005 Owner of the Year,
